What began as an effort to bring cohesion to a sprawling, inconsistent brand evolved into a long-term collaboration spanning marketing, promotion, digital, environmental graphics, and on-site experiences.

This approach allowed the Fair to feel fresh each year without discarding what came before. Instead of starting over annually, each season built upon the last—layering cohesion, polish, and personality across every touchpoint.
